Do you mean having buddies join the scene or invite guys to visit?

If it's the former, you must have a 2P character loaded. Then the second man will appear if the plugin is configured for buddies.

If it's the latter you hover over the lower right-side of the screen, choose Invite UI, then click Boys to choose a male to invite.

Remember from here, you can get the invited characters to join you, or join each other.

1. Put your mouse cursor over a part of the guest's body(not their head!)
2. Hold down left mouse click
3. Click the Middle mouse button once to go into Guest Fuck Mode
4. Then drag your cursor over the guest you want the other guest to have at.

You need Katarsys' HSTwoPlug as well as to play the game a bit to unlock the three-way feature. Once you do that, it's 100% Roman orgy mode. You can invite more girls, guys, even a god damn spider monkey. Check this article for links.

Looks like you don't have any maps. Not sure how that's possible since even the vanilla game has some maps to visit. I would redownload the latest repack

from my experience there are 2 solution for this issue.

1. The longer way is you need to use the Hanmen Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin

Inside main game or studio press F1, Plugin settings, search for Next-Gen Shader Helper.
Enable this plugin (TICK), Swap mode (NONE), Use alternate pantyhose shader (DISABLE)
If you change other than this i mention, some bugs maybe happen in some mods.

Open Material Editor (All), search eye, change 3 options:
1. Eye shader : Hanmen/Next-Gen Eye Vanilla
2. Eyelashes shader : Hanmen/Next-Gen Eyelashes Alpha
3. Namida shader : Hanmen/Namida

Done.

2. The Easiest way is not using Hanmen Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin:
1. Open Material Editor (All), search eye
2. Renderer Eyeshadow Enabled (UNTICK)

Done

Note:
- Hanmen Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin will only work for Next-Gen Eyes 2.5 version, older version of Next-Gen Eyes will not work.
- I only using Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin for the Eyes Shader, for the detail about using Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin visit this thread.

- The different between using & not using Hanmen Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin with Next-Gen Eyes 2.5 is the quality of the eye shader.
- For myself using Hanmen Next-Gen Shader Helper Plugin with Next-Gen Eyes 2.5 will give you better quality of the eye shader, but more longer step.
But maybe different people different taste.
