Does anyone knows where to find 'fluid' items like [hooh] coom? Or is there any alternative maybe mods or anything else to make fluid? From my search it seems someone mentioned about fluid mods in this thread before. Where can I download that? And is there any other than that?

Try Initsetting.exe (located in the game folder) and tick the EnableGraphicsMod box. It should fix the problem
I directly downloaded one of the files but some of them were missing. Did I do something wrong?

some of the items are paid or custom so they are missing, better repack i think includes only public modes.
