Unity Completed Honey Select 2 [DX R16] [Illusion]

Hi guys. I am sorry but I am here to ask for help again. I put quite a lot of effort in a studio scene... but now I am unable to load it. It crashes every time when it's loading.

The last time I used it was today. I changed the screen effects, I added bloom and I think that's all. I saved and to be sure everything was ok I loaded it during the session a few times (I suspect the screen effects are buggy, with some other map that didn't load I messed with the screen effects too).

I really took time to think about this one, I am very screw now that I lost it. I wonder, do you know if there is some way to get into it and modify it to see if I can recover it?

I'll upload the map, you can try and tell me if you can make it work too.

honestly think of the last mods you installed or delete the logfiles and or/ tempdata . not sure...just learning this studio...i just thought about it also....last Only last to think is corrupted data file but thats only I pretty sure if you jerk mods in and out of the games files. The thing is, this is not the first time that this happens to me. The previous time was with a very simple map where almost the only thing I did was messing with the screen effects, mainly bloom but I touched more options.

It feels strange a mod could do this, I thought that the game was ready to handle that kind of stuff. When you have a conflicting mod, usually the mod doesn't appear or only appear the later one. For example, I removed a clothes mod: The clothes don't appear but I can keep using the characters who used it. They are just nude.

I only installed very simple clothing mods and in this scene there are not a lot of clothes, in fact, there's only two female characters, one of them is monocolor and I copied it many times.

And I could load the map previously, during that session.

I just don't understand. Also, if the problem is a mod conflicting, it should work differently on different computers. Other people may be able to load it. Were you able to do it?

If you want anime style, Koikatsu is a better option. As for the setup, the Better Repack version seems to work just fine as provided. I've been toying around with renders on both this and Koikatsu and it does pretty well.

I can't download that version as it exceeds all my download limits for MEGA and G-Drive, and I can't torrent shiz because network monitor catches those and pings it.

Are those cut-out characters or actual full characters? If it's the latter, then you simply added too many characters to one scene. I think there was a mod that had these cardboard characters, but I forgot which one. The crowded subway map has them too, for example.

Yeah, when you add a lot of characters everything lags. But I noticed that when I monocolor them, I had no lag at all.

Also, the other map that has the same problem has just 3 or 4 characters. Maybe I should upload the other map, but I think I removed it...

I mean... If it's like you say, too many characters, it doesn't make sense. My computer is perfectly capable of managing that. It's a bug or a limitation of the program, and it's inconsistent, because I could save and load it before closing the app.

Idk man ive been doing this for a bit...kinda popen out of the bushes now since i got ahold of studioneov2....that render is def possible.. none blender/daz stuff. stuff is badass TK17 12years

It's definitely possible with the right lighting, but that is also definitely not a Honey Select 2 render.

The game IS ready to handle this kind of thing, but the user has to take care when using it. Some conflicting mods do not just not show up in Illusion games, they do cause problems. This is why Kplug has so many issues in Koikatsu, because there are a ton of mod conflicts. Clothing mods will typically not have conflicts except on the model through clipping issues.

Then you're going to have to download over several hours or even days with MEGA or Drive. They WILL keep your download queued until completed as long as that tab is open in your browser, though using MEGA Sync means you don't have to keep the browser running. That is your only option, the game is just too big for them to handle in one file for free.

DHH can be disabled in initsetting.exe.

I read the log but I don't know what to get out of it. There are some small conflicts and such, but nothing that in my opinion, could bring us here. I mean, some hair preview is missing, big deal. It's obvious that the program doesn't have the memory but I wonder if I could manage to fix it by allowing the studio to use more memory from my computer.

And based on the loading times, I'd say that the lights are the problem. I used a few of them apart from the light screen effects. Someone corrects me if I am wrong but when I add lights any scene takes more time to load. It seems to escalate faster than with characters.

I don't think I can fix it. If no one comes with a brilliant idea, I think I lost my map. As a consequence, one thing that I would recommend you is to be careful with the lights. Use as few as possible. And the f5 menu may interact with everything else to make it worse.

What I keep not understanding is why it didn't happen at first. Why I was able to use the map the way it is, save and load once and again. There were no problems until I closed the entire studio and tried to open it again.

In the creation mode, create a female and check the futa option on the left. Look for it, it's not hard to find.

But to all effects except conversation, your futa will act like a normal male when used as a player character. You need to use her as a female to make her receive. Then she will act as a normal female.

Illusion games advance so slowly... Tbh except for the quality of life changes, Honey select 2 is not too different from beach premium resort or however it was called, so many years, ago. You can do almost the same stuff.

Sorry my man. I tried two more times -- with minimum resolution, graphics and lip-synch deactivated (I saw references to audio in the console when loading the scene). I tried loading and importing. Only crashes.

Can't you go back to the previous versions of the scene? Then again, you wouldn't be asking around if that was the case. Still, in my case I get a new scene card every time I save, so I am trying to reconcile why there are no backups in your case.

Can't you go back to the previous versions of the scene? Then again, you wouldn't be asking around if that was the case. Still, in my case I get a new scene card every time I save, so I am trying to reconcile why there are no backups in your case.

That is true in all cases when saving a scene, but some people, like myself, don't keep more than one copy of any given scene. A really stupid move, I know, but I am working with limited space and those add up over time with each save. There's also the possible issue of having the latest backup saved a long time before the latest changes, which means a ton of catching up. I know when I work, I tend to only save if I did a ton of work and that can be anywhere from one hour to several hours in real time between saves. If I've done a lot in several hours and the work I just did was saved to a corrupted card, that means a ton of work is now lost. I'm guessing the data on the scene card got corrupted during saving, which is something that would cause this sort of issue. In this case, going back to a previous version would be the optimal solution.

Go to your game directory Folder and and Click on the (InitSettings.exe) There should be and option on the Left side 2 boxes on visual effects you can choose from
