Imagine you know a Youtuber who is a very skilled Metroidvania player that occasionally posts videos about adult games. (18+ parts censored, obviously.)
A year later you find his channel like this, full of vore and an abnormally large stomach.
Even the normal, non-adult game is affected by the thumbnail. (The game is Aqua Ippan if you don't want to give his video a view.)
Even if I didn't learn of his history and the shady tactics I would have unsubbed him anyway.

I've known him since the time he made nuclear throne vids, saw him do hitless/speedrun a day after a game release, label everything as hollow knight, become a Vtuber and sincerely it's been fun. Yes, nowadays there's like 5+ vore/mugen vids for every real game but those are ridiculously easy to spot and ignore while the real content lets me spot games that went past my radar or that I'm not interested in playing but want to know how it ends.
