It's for Bell's quest. If your first scene is unlocked, the quest should be complete. Not sure when that was fixed, but this issue is not present in the current build, I checked.
It will automatically disappear in when the chapter.

I've finished the story CH8. also, she said she bought another tavarn. I think the quest is bugged.
sadly, Balinda quest is hard locked now. camp (thing) happened, now she is nowhere to be seen. and I can't give her the gift rum.
After her second scene, she moves to Stonehaven. That zone is still locked.

Most enhancements have animations. A few runes (Herus and Venus runes) do as well. That's just a visual representation of your equipment.

I unlocked the TJ, I was supposed to gift her the sapphire rum from the pits when she was fishing at camp, but I did the mission where the camp is attacked and now, she's gone, I think this the problem.
She is still at the spot where you go by a boat, but can't give her the gift.
The one for the quest is in the cave on the Royal road, there's a pile of dirt next to the small pond inside.
She can only take gifts at her little island. If you complete all her stuff. I think I know what happened though. The gift that's for the quest isn't the bottle of rum, that comes after. Did you do the quest in the cave with her? The one where you bring her a book (Sea of Tits) and then you have to meet her in the cave you found it. Also, you have to have a quest in your questlog that says what the next step of her questline is. Press (J) and check the quest description.

missing Denver and Talia last scenes, also first other scene.
I hope I'm not asking for too much but I'm really enjoying this game.
