When you talk to her with the quest she drops it on the ground. If you didn't pick it up and you left it's a hardlock (in that version, fixed later on). I can edit your save and fix that for you if you want. (check your inventory first though.)
naaah, I'm playing at an older version since its been sitting in my backlogs for months now. I got to play it recently and I am interested. I'll download the latest version and play from the start, I genuinely find the game's plot and intrigue interesting that i'mma play at a snail's pace so I can understand the dialogues more.

The item can't be sold. Only way to get rid of it is by throwing it away. I can edit your save (and add it to your inventory) in case that happened.

Yea idk man i kinda enjoyed that game but ive beaten every quest in the game and i dont have the last 3 Denver Events the last Siri Event or the last balinda event and i spent like 30 minutes looking around the entire game trying to see if i have missed a quest and i cant seem to find 1 so ile give the game an honest 7/10 idk if I was progressing the main quest to fast for me to get these other quest im guessing ive missed or not but When you click the relationship tab and click gallery it should atleast tell you WHAT you need to do to unlock the next Scene cause not many people are gona hit there head against a wall looking around the game for em. or if there related to the relationship Points that should also atleast be clear
The event button on Reiner's page for Denver's quest. It's mentioned a few times during the tutorial. It's also in the guides and tutorials section.
Last Siri quest is from a chest in Azrog.
Last Balinda quest is from a book in a cave on the Royal Road.
Last two are exploration quests. Hence you aren't told where they're hidden. Might add hits to those, but when the entire game is out it won't be necessary as these locations will be visited for other reasons.
Saves work, you'll just have to put it in the new chapters folder.

Not really. There are only a few gifts in the game since they're a catch up mechanic. Chances are you don't need them.
Denver gets relationship points from main quest routes. Samantha from her own quest chain. Check how much you have by clicking on the pink bar on their pages.
Either wait for the next chapter (since you'll have new opportunities to get points) or find a gift or two. I can tell you where the gifts are for the Balinda and Samantha are.
I already fully completed Sam and I already Gave Balinda the sapphire rum, eh well I guess I'll just wait for the next chapter, already excited for it hehe
Also Lightning Speed and Thunder Strike have the same description, what's the difference between them?
That got fixed in later versions. Lightning speed is a buff (20% agi for 5 turns l) , Thunder strike ( deals 120 + atk to all enemies (fast attack))
