If we have no activity from the dev on here or there main site for over 90 days the abandoned tag goes up.
If no update to the game/VN in over 180 days regardless of how active the dev is the abandoned tag goes up.

This is what F95 goes by and it will not change.
This dev has a few more days before the abandoned tag can go up.

guys i'm trying get to Leah house as it was a part of the main quest i think since i can't progress other quest unless i go to Leah house first but when i trying to get to the house i got this instead. was it only me or others as well?

well i got reply to abandoned report that only 1 of 2 criterias are met for abandoned tag.

There is 2 ways to have the abandoned tag to go up.

1. No contact from the dev in 90 days either on here or there main site.
2. 18 months no update to the game it self regardless how active the dev is.

On 1 dev has been active as of 2 days ago.
On 2 its only been 17 months as of "Thread Updated: 2021-10-05" so next month on the 6th if no game update comes out then the tag will be added.

There are recent Patreon posts talking about trying to make headway on v1.0, but the prior version of this game was shipped over 1.5 years ago.

Per site guidelines, thread marked as Abandoned. A future release would change that status.
