1)When you meet all the angels second time
2)You need to go to Rest (Purple) again,
3)You get group dialogue with every Angel,
4)And only then black altar will be available bro

after getting the blue and green keys, I try going to the canyon but it keeps sending me back up saying "you stupid fool etc etc."

it is the latest i even deleted my save files before i even start in case it fucks up my game files but no latest version is still bugged (the dev is regretting the chapter 15 i tell you that much if the game blows up at some point i will remember these times as "chapter 15 incident")
parry the cats first hit then combo her when shes behind you, thats how i did it.
