I am stuck there as well. I can't get out of the room and every time i use the MAP item to force my way out, the game crashes as soon as i talk to another character.

EDIT: Ok, so you HAVE to run from it, fighting it only causes the game to be a buggy mess. Now there's another problem:
I have all 3 of the pieces and im certain they are in the correct spots, however nothing happens and when i talk to the NPC in the Pharmacy no special interaction happens. I'm so confused, how can i continue? Or is this the point where the content stops for this release?
