You have to install the update, then open the game, and after that you can delete the previous version, save is auto from version to version...

Edit: NVM i just tried a v0.07.05 save file and it works perfect in v0.09.02 only had to level up the girls to lv7 to unlock glory wall

Edit 2: Here's the updated v0.09.02 full save with all characters unlocked glory wall (just copy the HornyUnionHQ folder in C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\LocalLow)
