Ren'Py - Hornycraft [v0.24.1] [Shadik]

Like some other people i haven't played the 1st release.
That said, from what i've seen, it has a lot of potential, the art is gorgeous, the dialogue is pretty good, the MC is a...slow guy, which is refreshing, and Alex is a horny girl which when combined with how slow the MC is can make for a few laughs.
The little sexual content we have right now is of good quality, and actually shows the interaction of two characters, not robots, again, refreshing.
Looking foward to the next releases, where the MC get to bang some monster girls and check out on Alex's adventures.

Review for 0.1

I didn't play the original release, so im not sure about the april fools version of this game. It does seem to still affect this version somewhat. The intro in this game is a bit weird and it feels like it should maybe be repurposed later into the game.

Overall the dialogue is alright. A few mistakes or weird things here or there, but overall it's pretty good. You run out of dialogue options really fast though, so there isn't much to see in this version.

Story wise there isn't much yet. It does the job for now, but as I said the intro feels a bit off and that's most of the story rn.

Collecting resources is a bit annoying. The wood minigame especially, so far you don't need a lot of wood, but if I have to do that a lot it will be bad. The mining is alright imo, but still feels a bit grindy. Tbh I think that that's because it's the only thing to do once you run out of dialogue, so I had to do a bunch of it in a row. The mining might be balanced once more content is introduced. It's mostly annoying that you get cobblestone, which you can't really use right now.

The art is pretty good. the bj scene wasn't amazing imo, but otherwise I like it.

Should you play this game right now:
Well there is a scene, a scene and you can . There is a bit of dialogue, which is pretty good. Beyond that though, you'll have to wait for updates. imo it's worth a try rn if you really like the concept.

Overall this version has a lot of potential, but not the strongest start I have ever seen. Especially storywise it feels a bit weak. I would give it a 3.5/5 for now, but I think it will end up 4/5 or 5/5 with some more work.

Can't call this a game, nothing in it and the only real conten in it is a image of alex in a gold bikini. other than that it's just cycling through menu's. if i'm not supposed to take it this seriously then warn people about the prank or just don't post it here.
