wow, that's some boring shit. a bloody girl in a bloody hospital throwing scalpels at zombies. you might expect hard rape or even some guro or so, but nope. only vanilly stuff where the girl sometimes grin while a zombie gently pounds her...
anyway, here my savefile (gallery should be fully unlocked). simply put the save.ini into the folder where the game exe is.

Seemed alright most of the animations were alright but not great. I altered her health and gave her a huge amount of health.

Not wierd enough. They could exploit some sick fetishes here, but all we get is some vanilla tentacles and NO FUCKEN STORY, NOT A SINGLE LINE.
