Alright, let me dump some things on you from me personal and some from what I've read. (I wont lash out, just stating what I've read)

I found it rather odd that all all of them already appear in the first 3 nights.
It would be better if they appear at night the same time they are introduced during the day giving us a bit of foreshadowing for what's to come for the next night.
Yes, I feel the same, and I agree that it's not the best game design decision. That was actually our original idea, but at the time it seemed to us that the game would be too easy that way. Now we realize that after a year of working on the game, we're no longer able to objectively assess its difficulty based on our own experience.
We'll probably try to distribute the enemies differently.
Some have complained that the good ending CG can only be seen partially, like the scrolling up and down.
They rather have a version where you can see the scene in full.
Good idea, I think we'll try to add the ability to switch the view mode.
What the majority here have complained about is the difficulty.
Bullshit RNG (their words, not mine) and rarely finding a red pill is something that many have complained about.
In version 1.0.1, we added an option to enable Easy Mode, which slightly simplifies the randomness and reduces enemy stats. However, we're considering further improvements in this direction.
Plus the lack of a tutorial or otherwise explanation of what the threats do and how to counter them only further adds to players frustrations.
The pink haired flasher girl giving some tips ain't cutting it and, at least it seems so, only gives advice in the first night as well as once you read it it wont appear again.
I myself have struggled for the longest time with Sadako/TV Girl as I was not aware she passively drains your stamina/sprint meter.
Yes, we're already working on adding a tutorial accessible from the in-game menu.
There was also another user complaining about lack of scene variety like having such a juicy vampire and only getting a titjob from her and another finding the gamer girl becoming a flasher has 0 logic while the other transformations made 100 sense but I feel those are just nitpicking.
I came up with most of the story myself, though of course it was a team effort overall. That said, it's true that some narrative gaps were inevitable.
From my perspective, the entire experience the player goes through is meant to reflect sleep paralysis episodes — nightmares shaped by a succubus presence. The implanted succubus is, in a way, the only "real" entity in those nightmares, manipulating the player’s perception and creating a continuous, distorted reality. She's playing with his mind, blending fear, lust, and confusion.
We understand that this interpretation isn’t directly spelled out in the story — and that’s intentional. We wanted it to remain a subject of discussion and personal interpretation rather than something overtly explained.
As for adding more scene variety — our artist works solo, and their capacity is naturally limited. While the idea hasn’t been completely ruled out, it’s unlikely that any additions in that direction will happen in the near future.
And that is about it, the most major complains all condensed into one post.
