Hey guys,

If you tried the demo, let me know what you think. stuff you liked, what felt off, or any bugs you ran into.

I’m working on the next update soon, so any feedback helps me tweak things and make Hot Hellscape run smoother. Appreciate it!

I lowered the music volume in the settings. The music volume constantly resets to the default value when restarting the game, when activating a sex scene, and in many other cases. When I open the settings menu, the music volume is restored to the value I set.

When you are in the pool you can't change the position, is it a bug?

What's you monitor resolution? 1920x1080?

You can't change the position only if you are talking with Lune

Yeah, that one’s already fixed. The music volume now stays the same after restarting and during scenes. Thanks for reporting it, really helped!

Thanks a lot for all the feedback, everyone!
The main bugs have been fixed in the new v0.1.1a update. Player preferences now stay saved between levels, and the controls have been adjusted to match the input properly.

Alright buddy I came to bust a nut not bust a move (the music is so fire)

Genuinely fun game, but I feel like it's a lil too punishing between runs. Dying at level 4 sucks since you gotta slog through all of em again. Either way one of the best I've played on this site!!

bro that game is way better than I first thought.

story is intriguing, the art is so pretty, good song track and the concept of levels are balanced but still challenging.

while I was playing I almost forgot about the nsfw part... for me when a nsfw game does that to me that just shows how good the game is and I just see the nsfw as a bonus.

but I still like it the nsfw scenes too, cuz it feels rewarding after completing the levels.

best of luck to you in this project and i will look for future updates for sure.

I’ve been thinking about adding save points per level if players prefer that. it might make the runs feel less punishing. Really appreciate the positive feedback, man! If you think the game deserves it, drop a review so more people can find it and help me keep improving it.

I’m super glad you enjoyed the story and the balance, that’s exactly the kind of experience I was aiming for. Hearing that the NSFW feels like a bonus rather than the focus is honestly the best kind of feedback.

I’ve been thinking about adding a small reward system, like unlocking gallery items (once it’s ready) every time you die. That way there’s at least a little incentive even if you don’t make it to the end.

Next step is to post the demo on itch.io!
For now, I’m collecting as much feedback as possible to polish the gameplay while it’s still early. Once the core loop feels solid, I’ll start building the rest of the levels. there’ll be 7 stages in total, plus a few bonus ones.
