Play it and see maybe the sister and the other girl Asahi is hiding his identity from end up hooking up or even cross dressing leads to comfort at being a woman leads to snip snip Asahi becomes Sue.
Either way the tags before the first post have to be changed by an admin and won't be changed on an assumption that there is no Lesbian content. Once you play it you can report it as wrong tagging.

Don't people know this is not called a Visual Novel it's called KineticNovel and yes there is no space in the actual title but many call it Kinetic Novel.

Kinetic Visual Novels are still Visual Novels. A Kinetic Novel is a sub-genre of Visual Novel in the first place. Another example of this is what some refer to as "Sound Novels", where there's an emphasis on sound design and music.
