Actually it has a lot of content for an early access version. It's more than 10 minutes for sure.

So its like Some Modeling Agency but with massage? Are the characters auto-geterated or scripted?
No, not at all. The characters are scripted and you don't have a tenth of the liberty you do on SMA. As somebody else called, it's very similar to Orc Massage, minus the Orc.
Regarding Early Access
Pros:
Smooth animation
Sound
Dick has balls and overall large in size
duck face for maximum fuckface potential
Cons:
No cum/ no creampie
All female hair styles are short-hair // no medium/long hair-styles
no oral
no anal (though it's easier to animate than oral.. the two holes are an inch apart at worst -_-)
Ass smaller than the shoulders/boobs // top heavy women
Focus is on the puzzle, not the sex.. this is a porn site.
Can't tell if it has dedicated penetration animation, or it just skips to the fucking..

. Game looks promising, hope late will be more girls with smaler boobs and ofcouse all looking for creampie, anal, toys play, maybe some costplay Poor dude suffered a horrific accident and received a transplant from an organ donor. Truly a medical miracle.

Not doing a real review yet as it's early access, but I do have some thoughts:
TL;DR: Not worth a download at the moment if you're actually looking to play a game.
Graphics:
It looks like a unity game someone dropped some assets into. It's fine. It started at potato resolution and had to be turned up.
Sound:
It exists, which is a good first step. Some music, sound effects, and even moans / "yes yes yes" sort of stuff. I did find it pretty funny when the girl's audio was begging me to go faster, but I had to slow down for the sex minigame.
Characters:
The same models you see everywhere with their ass and tits turned up to 11. At least it's real-time 3d and not just DAZ renders. And as far as I saw the body never clipped out of the clothing.
Writing:
Minimal, incredibly repetitive, and seems to be done by someone without good understanding of the language (not quite as bad as some MTL I've seen though). Different characters seem to share many of the same lines.
Gameplay:
You do the same thing to every client every time. "pay attention to them and solve their problems" apparently means do the same thing over and over while a bar goes up. Said bar goes up quickly, so that's a positive I suppose.
The minigames are repetitive and require no skill, which could be good or bad depending on your opinion of minigames. The massage therapy part is just click on the spots with the massager, and the cracking is click a spot then click a button, during sex her pleasure bar only fills if you go the right speed. Perhaps this aspect could be good but it feels like a waste of time.
Hopefully most of the gameplay aspects are just placeholders. This is much closer to a "proof of concept" than what I would expect from the first release in "early access".

I didn't encounter any, so that's nice.
