Currently it’s basically a pervy love story between two coworkers. Where MC is a love-inexperienced guy and GF is a very outgoing girl. I’m setting the scene for later drama but there’s not really any real NTR at the moment. Patreon version puts it up a notch with more pervy stuff but still not too NTR, if I didn’t say it is, you probably wouldn’t see it that way.

I thought this was very promising. The dialog is well written and sounds fairly natural (in context). I feel like you deserve extra points for creating the idea of the hotel and the dude-group-chat to service the genre. I'm not into the more exaggerated bodies (ie, the mom) but generally, the Ai art was on the better side of what I've seen.
