Best not to spend money on them, have a feeling these are the same people that have abandoned a few other games after getting some money. All their socials are new and they say their old ones had a problem with email even though everything has been deleted. And if you ask anything about previous works in the discord you get banned for "spam".

I cant make any more money from the factory, no idea why.
I already restarted the game, it's not fixing.
Basically I to Factory > Work, select a level, play the minigame and fill up the score. The correct score options glow in green, as expected, the screen fades to black but then it goes back to the score screen again. The top menu (Map, Skill) is visible and I can actually go back to the map, but I don't make any money and no battery is used.
Idk is it matters, but my level at the factory is 6.
