The pregnancy fetish is rarely included in western games so that makes it pretty niche if you ask me and if "added" it is impreg only which is a whole other can of worms.
A few people asking for it in threads hoping it might be included doesn't make it popular.

Ok, it's niche in terms of how many games have it included, but certainly not in terms of how many people desire to have it. It's more like of a demand-supply disbalance.
I imagine these folks are gonna be shot at the head with a sniper rifle by a hired assassins if they try to advertise their "pls add ntr" "ntr when" in the threads, because it's much less tolerable (it's understandable why)
My point is - if the fetish is "niche" - then why all of you try to ask for it in every goddamn thread, if you know there is a rare chance for such scenes to be implemented?

It's one of those things that those who like it will always ask (or demand it) and those who don't care about it don't go around demanding it to not be included. Their side is louder.
As shown in several threads, preg fans are rabid and weird. Even games that are all breeding (which is weird in its own right, but I'm not going to kinkshame) tend to spawn fighting amongst them. I'm a big fan of when devs just ignore them.
