I finally got a chance to test this out. Unfortunately it keeps breaking on me. Won't let me save and if I try to enter any of the settings - in game or from main menu - it crashes. I tired the DIY way of moving it over to Mac myself a while back. And it gave me these same issues.
I guess I know what can be the problem at you. Opening the app generates some system access rights dialogs, 5-6 maybe, where you have to allow all of them. If you disabled them previously and now they don’t appear again then you have to display them again using the System Settings various dialogs.

So after everything we can't just walk in on Julie and fuck her when she's flicking the bean.....kinda lame not gonna lie but over all good game hope the next game or whatever the dev makes is just as good
am hoping for a Julie event like Linda with christmas or emily with Easter was hoping Halloween Julie as a witch or something

Did you remove quarantine as I indicated in my post ? Because even if you can get it to run, you won't be able to save or change settings. The game tries to store this inside the app itself which it won't be able to do as quarantined apps run from an ad-hoc read-only location.
Also, which system and OS version are you on ?
There we go! I must have messed something up with the quarantine. I did a quick test and let me change stuff in settings and save. Thank you very much!
As you all know that HC will not be having Pregnancy according to Siren since it wont be happening like that.
