Check the letters on the top right in the last screenshot he shared. Have them on or off like him, and the variables should appear when looking for "activ"
Nonetheless, I still can't seem to make the replay unlocker work. The menu does says it's activated (but it isn't togglable) yet clicking the scenes doesn't unlock them.

"persistent search" is a modus in URM that can be toggled on and off. Without this modus enaabled it's hard to find "persistent." variables.

Clicking isn't unlocking anything :/ Tried creating a new persistent, to no avail. Followed Gattsu instructions and changed the 3 variables he showed.

How do I unlock the new scenes with Sarada? Every time I go to see her, the same scene (where she is caught touching herself) is repeated.
I didn't manage to unlock the gallery but I used it to see the censored content. Like the extra choice you have when Hinata fells after her shower.
Talk to Sakura about "the way to her heart" to initiate the Sarada path. It's one of the gray options.

they ban one and ignore other, they ignore willingly some games that depict minors even when they have clear rule about puberty DEVs always says at the beginning everyone in the game is +18 but how does that help you when you made scene years back when those characters go to window see sex for first time and doing it before they are 18 or going to school?
at least this game Boruto looks like he is 18+ but trust me some other games got boys and girls that barely reach boobs level height
Update is pretty ass. Not much to do, repetitive tasks. Didn’t feel well thought out.

so..i think i messed up my game 
at first the patreon stuff was activated and i "played" a bit, i assume its supposed to be activated from this f95 download.
BUT i opened up savetoken.py and did the changes as usual for saveeditor to work..
i didnt even edit any savefile i just went back into the game to check which savefile i want to change..tried to load one got errors, closed the game, replaced savetoken.py with the original and started up again just to see that the patreon stuff is deactivated and to activate it wants email blabla..
so i deleted whole gamefolder, redownloaded opened up and still deactivated...
im at a loss now, i checked if there is a folder in appdata but i dont find anything containing "HoS" or "House of Shinobi" or "Cutepercentage"..
anyone any idea how to fix this?

Every Ren'Py game saves in RenPy folder in appdata → roaming for this game you are looking for BBS folder (C:\Users\*****\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\BBS-1710949456) Personally, if I'm looking for the folder of a game that I just played, I just sort by modification date rather than name, and it just shows on the top.so..i think i messed up my game

Welp i prolly too should be replaying this game due to borking my saves with heavy URM usage, but it's hardly worth it considering how paywalled the game is and how much saving and replaying is really required to properly see everything that is locked and unlocked in every version that isn't cracked.i just found out and wanted to let everyone here know in case they had same problem.

the 0.20c version here has everything unlocked tho no? well except gallery/scene replay feature
at least i didnt see any paywall yet
anyway also from what ive seen so far..this definitely needs still some time in the oven..to be properly enjoyed, WIPs/unfinished stuff already early in, i hoped the first few days would be kind of finished, well to be fair there are multiple routes to account for
