Honestly bro my advice would be to check the discord, I'm probably not gonna play until / if a crack comes out.

From what I searched - " This is a scene at the start of the game. Remember the cookie Himawari asked for and you probably didn’t give her? That was the trigger to unlock this scene. "

To me that seems like it's locked out if you didn't buy that at the start? Could probably trigger it with URM though.
