This method is working for this update, same file and everything just tested it.ok, for anyone who wants to play the exclusive scenes, here's a little workaround. ( not sure its gonna work)
take the file provided here and paste it in the game folder(decompressed), not the main folder where the HoS.exe is, but in the "game" folder.
if it gives you that popup to subscribe, just use URM and give yourself premium status, if you don't know how to do it:
download URM firstYou must be registered to see the links
then Extract the file named "0x52_URM.rpa" into the folder called "game".
After this, just start the game.
once you open game, load a save then press alt+M to open URM menu, in the search bar, type activ, it will give a lot of results, you just need to modify 3 of them:
current_activation to Kage
activation_tier to SUBSCRIBESTAR
activated to True
after that, just try the exclusive scene and tell me if it works! (after you paste the file of course)
It's probably possible on Android too, i think i have a way to make it work on Android too (theoretically), you don't need to use URM but i'll have to modify some game files, it would take me time to figure out what to do (since i got no coding experience). I could try and do it for the sake of testing, but unfortunately, my motherboard died so...yea I can't do much

Did you change both "persistent.current_activation and "persistent.activation_tier" ?
I have each set to ANBU, which worked for me in all caps you can try that as well. Then you just need to make sure you put the exclusive file in the game folder.

I'm kinda disappointed with this update i'm not gonna lie... The dev put a lot of effort as to keep the storyline coherent, and he succeded so far imo, but this update feels so out of touch, how and why tf is hinata getting corrupted so easily without prior notice ?
This new small update just isn't it for me, we'll see in december... Maybe i'm too harsh because my expectations are high idk
