But don't the mods have publicly available rules for all creators to read exactly for this reason? Kinda weird to have rules and then randomly shadowban specific games cus a mod has some kind of personal vendetta with the dev or something. Make sure you have only the 0x52_urm folder in the game directory and not the 0x52_urm.rpa beside it.

I'm very confused by your instructions and I'm not sure I understand what you did. Why do the unren manipulation has to be done in another game and not HoS directly?
That being said, I've followed what you said:
1) I put unren in root of a different game, the urm mod in the game folder (of the same different game), extracted the rpa with unren. I obtained the folder in the game folder.
2) Took the newly created folder in the other game, copied it in HoS game folder.
3) With the game open and urm too, I cannot find any of the variables that needs to be changed (the ones you screenshotted)

Yeah, but don't get your hopes up because it doesn't really lead to anything.
All you gotta do after she's captured is just skip the nights until the Koji dude gives her the drug. Then you immediately go and save her but like I said earlier it doesn't lead to anything between Boruto and Hinata.

I didn't check the whole code of the game. Sometimes a game just wouldn't run if the whole game scripts got unRen'ed or it will lead to errors.
So my first step was to use the 0x52_urm folder method before doing any further changes to the game.
In this routine urm worked as it should. So there was no need to unRen the whole game.
Make sure persistent search is activated and use "activ" as selected search word.That being said, I've followed what you said:

Check the letters on the top right in the last screenshot he shared. Have them on or off like him, and the variables should appear when looking for "activ"
Nonetheless, I still can't seem to make the replay unlocker work. The menu does says it's activated (but it isn't togglable) yet clicking the scenes doesn't unlock them.

"persistent search" is a modus in URM that can be toggled on and off. Without this modus enaabled it's hard to find "persistent." variables.

How do I unlock the new scenes with Sarada? Every time I go to see her, the same scene (where she is caught touching herself) is repeated.
I didn't manage to unlock the gallery but I used it to see the censored content. Like the extra choice you have when Hinata fells after her shower.
Talk to Sakura about "the way to her heart" to initiate the Sarada path. It's one of the gray options.
