i could be wrong but android doesn't allow you to paste files in the app folder unless you have a rooted android, what you can do to get your save files from PC to android is by using the cloud feature in the game.
first, open the game on PC, load a save, go to the "save" page, there should be an "upload sync" button at the bottom, click on it, give it a few secs to upload sync, after that it should give you a code screenshot it or write it down.
after that, go the game on android, go to "load" page and click on "download sync" and input the code and you should get all the saves you had on PC.
but do keep in mind that it only restores the saves in these slots i highlighted in the picture below ( maybe it's a bug, idk), so make sure all the important saves are on those slots beforehand.
