itch and gamejolt are identical, btw.What version is this (v0.21.2), Steam or GameJolt, or wtf?
And yes, the gamejolt uncensored version has been updated at the same time, yay!
The only version where I haven't seen an update yet, is the GOG one. But they have a API, that sometimes is a bit of a pita.

One I got for free however, Eek were kind enough to grant me an itch key when gamejolt shut down the game for pornography and it was unclear what would happen next.Now however they don't sell it anymore (they sell the censored version now), but updates for the uncensored version are still available for previous buyers.

I have it on Itch and Steam, but will probably have to move to emulating Steam once the DLC is released later this year as I don't think the DLC will be on Itch.

Wow, for a second there I was really excited since the Female version was supposed to come out last month, it didn't. Then heard it was supposed to come out this month and also didn't, apparently. This is like the third update now that they have said 'it will be released in the next update'.

Always take what Eek says about when something will be released with a grain of salt. I'm with you on this one. It keeps getting pushed further and further back.

I don't know. In the mail I got back then, they only offered a download version to the then current version and said it would be available for a year and then be removed.
But since then a lot changed. The site is back up, Eek provides updates ... I think this will continue at least as long as they're making some money on gamejolt.
I think we will be able to get the DLC there. As I understand it, itch might be the strongest platform for this game. GOG will also get the Doja Kat dlc and they have a DRM free version with separated uncensor DLC, so it should be possible without online authentification and/or crack.

If it comes to Itch, it won't be an issue. I believe the Steam version would require me to emulate Steam.
On the House Party Discord, I recall talking to Don about the DLC and Itch. He said he'd have no clue how to add it to Itch as a paid add-on. Which is why they just upped the price to $30 on Itch as it comes with the Explicit DLC baked in. So as far as handling other DLC's. No idea. Because they're obviously not just going to up the price and give people who already bought the game there the Doja DLC for free. But we'll see. I'll tackle that when the time comes.

It doesn't necessarily require a walkthrough. Just make sure to save often. I've probably checked a walkthrough twice and it was just to get an achievement I was missing on Steam. But I don't think you'll like it very much if you had trouble in earlier releases as it's pretty much same sandbox type of game where when you fuck up, you're going to need to load a save.

Honestly not sure. It's definitely in the zip main folder. There's no reason any AV would tag this as suspicious. Is the HouseParty.exe visible inside the zip?

Basically. Which is why I don't sit around waiting for updates. The version number is way off though. They're going to go from like 0.24 straight to 1.0 and exit early access. Makes no sense. Not sure why they list it as such but it's almost a complete game after 6 years. They claim Office Party is going to be developed much quicker. Yeah fucking right.
I'll buy that alpha for like $10 and maybe by the time I'm dead they'll have hit a 1.0 release on it.
