Because a LBD (Lil Black Dress) will always be sexy, and cause she dressed "up" for the normal dinner that surprises them.
And to your point, she does look beautiful in anything, but it will always floor you when a woman takes her time to dress up (especially sexy) for you and vice versa, there is always something innately sexy when either party takes the effort for the other.

theres a different between wanting something and be able to do it.
a comeback is not easy. so I wouldn't put much hope into it. surely I want him to start making games again,
