Aaahh, now that stirs something in my memory xD

Edit: I think Mushies sprite got cut? (And same for her Mother)

It's the same thing like the hair that gets cut, out of my control sadly. (Don't want sprites bigger than a certain height either.)

*Sigh* Probably another rage bait from someone who only played the prologue.

Addressing Fekakun... not that I think you'll read this or got very far to begin with before giving a 'rating' considering I've never seen you, nor do I believe you finished all 6 Chapters. (Or past 1/2 in this case because the things you mentioned are in the prologue and Chapter 1 which I'd say Prologue ~ Chapter 2 are my more lacking Chapters for sure since it is how I started.)

Just one hand waving line of 'the story isn't interesting' and then a rant about my renders as the rest, how about you elaborate WHY the story isn't interesting to you?

That being said, I feel like you're being completely disingenuous about "95% bad AI". Does this game have some visual flaws and inconsistencies? YES, I never said it doesn't or wouldn't, but to say I put 0 effort in character consistency and the game is 'ridiculously inconsistent', which simply isn't true. If it was, I wouldn't have been able to release 6 versions over a year and have YOU of all people be the first one to complain of severe 'inconsistencies'.

While yes, Beatrice's sprite is probably the most egregious example of the sprites being different it's to A. show of her 'personality', it is also to show my growth as a Dev, while I will eventually rework her sprite, I leave most of my mistakes/decisions in game (never 6 fingers or stuff like that). Now that I think about it.. you're probably talking about the prologue where the masked sprites are enlarged to show them talking to each other...

About the 'cuts' yes I know there's cuts, but I also make fun of said cut in the very same Chapter. You should also know if I make sprites without said cuts the 'inconsistencies' would be greater, but it's clear you never got that far.

Backgrounds, yes it's probably is the worst part about my AVN in general, usable, but generally terrible, that I can give you.

Other then that, playing the prologue and then complaining, that's something new I guess. But maybe be a little honest? If you don't like the game, you can say that, but to say there's countless flaws with my renders? :WaitWhat:

You don't know how much effort I put into the renders, for you to only play a short amount and come to that consensus is complete bullshit. (My earlier renders definitely were worse, I was using a 6950xt producing a single render at 2min each at 1280x720 and I have 16,000 renders generated from that time with over 97% of them not making into the game.)

So I hope any of my new potential readers, please don't buy into what this guy is saying, as he's making a mountain out of a molehill.

Damn I didn't catch that... o_O you're correct. Too late now! :KEK: I'll have it corrected for next version.
There were some other typos or words used twice at different points in the same sentence (like "first" for example) or the usual "you're" <-> "your" mix-up. Not many (less than a dozen overall I would guess) but noticable so a second correction-read would be good sometime ^^

I do have a proofreader that isn't me, but guess I'll have to look through it all again.

Just wanted to point it out and not offending anyone (neither you nor your proofreader), especially as there are very few typos compared to other games/novels ;)

I'd hope so, I reread so many times and on every single stage, but things do sometimes slip through the cracks. Though, I'm happy you like my AVN that much that you're knocking it out that fast.

Dishonest? I gave my opinion about the game and made it clear what bothered me. You can disagree with me, as you clearly do, but don’t call my opinion dishonest when what I pointed out is as clear as day.
It doesn’t really matter anyway, since the review was deleted. Better to keep the score high, right?

Good luck with your project.

I don't care about how many *s you give me if you gave me SOMETHING to work with. Like examples where you think my renders are very inconsistent. Second, you still haven't said anything on WHY you think my story is not interesting. Also, I had a 5* review earlier deleted too because they too couldn't follow the rules, so it isn't just you.

Hey, I'd be curious about these your/you're that you found. I've just had another quick skim through the script and didn't find them. It's one of the first things I look for and I was pretty confident I had them all. I'd be disappointed if I missed that many.

Hey developer,
try not to take it too personally when you get a bad review that lacks content or makes no sense. It happens to almost every game. There are even guys who review dozens of games and give 90 percent of them one star.

Internet anonymity makes it really easy for people to be unreasonable, tunnel visioned, or simply even complete jerks. You have to let it roll off your back if you can, because it's going to keep happening sometimes.

Meh, I guess it's the complete disregard on how much effort I put in that struck a nerve, since I was stuck creating renders for over 2 months to have it completely discounted by them.
