Considering the Dev has made a separate patreon for this game, separating it from the cuck crowd of their other game, and their repeated promises that ntr and sharing will not be a part of this game, I'm hesitantly interested in trying this one out. so far, the adoption part is actually important to the plot. but in the MC's heart, his sister is his sister and mom is his mom. and he really wants to bang his sister, and the biggest cause for his desire for her is the bond they shared as siblings while he was blind and not a world hopping freak of nature. i mean, as for how incest plays out in games it almost always, the sibling that is a complete bitch to MC or the one who absolutely adores the MC. it really plays out like the latter and when i played up to this update i always saw the MC and his sister as related regardless, and lets be legit, the woman who raises you is your mom, you think of her as mom, you call her mom, she is mom in your heart.

So if you are into the taboo feel, should still work for you. if you dont like the taboo of incest, you may not like the MC drooling after his sister. But yes, being adoptive is also important plot wise I'd say
