My mind does wander quite a lot during the day, but it's far back in my head and doesn't really interfere with my dealings. Ironically since I'm more of a 2D weeaboo fantasy type of guy, I find it incredibly easy to separate my fantasy from reality. Maybe it's because I work in an office full of women and I have to hear the sort of gory stuff they talk about all day.
