How to extract .arcd files?

Is there a tool to extract or browse arcd files on Windows 10? I've tried all known programs that open .arc file type but none of them worked on .arcd and .arci

.arcd files exist in games like Perky Little Things and Lust and Lure

As I see, Perky Little Things wrote on Defold engine, so need find reverse utility.
