From my playing:
I activated the new content, and got the new endings
Triggered an event around meal time where they talked about getting a swimsuit
Then another event about a or two day later where the swimsuit arrived, and a new button appeared in top right to switch between normal clothes and swimsuit
New "beach" option appears when going out
Seems that you have to go to the beach at daytime during weekdays to unlock the scene, weekends give a different dialogue

Very simple, you motivate and tell her to go to school instead of just fucking her brains out.
Idk if I got locked out from that CG because I unlocked all the event all at once. I tried giving deep talks, but still nothing tho. Thx anyways
If you get one ending, you can get the other by reducing the stat you achieved the first ending with through interactions until it's lower than the opposite or raising the latter higher than the former with positive interactions.
If you got the lust-based 'plaything' ending and want the happiness-based 'student' ending next, make her happiness higher than her lust before clicking the final unlock button again.
If you got the happiness-based 'student' ending and want the lust-based 'plaything' ending next, make her lust higher than her happiness before clicking it.
If you haven't altered her stats enough to change it, the game will notify you that the same sequence as last ending will play and ask if you want to continue.
Otherwise, it should give you the other ending.
Thanks man. I believe you are right. If Happiness => Lust, you get her to be motivated for school. I didn't know you can replay the ending from the life lessons under happiness. I thought it was a one time thing and you need to play from a clean save.

such a long shot but there was a game super similar to this, but it had customizable clothing/hair etc. sound familiar to anybody?

if i recall correctly it’s same premise, i girl gets basically dropped at your doorstep, a dating sim with the same premise. work, intimacy levels, etc, i believe multiple endings with one resulting in free play. again main difference i remember is customization options. couple scenes available in the kitchen, bathroom, stuff like that.

I'm missing things like peeping her when touching herself, book 3 and 4 in the store still locked, ... [all skills unlocked except for the last one (pregnancy I guess), affection and intimacy 140]
Don't wan't to use a full save, cause what the fun if you don't do it by yourself ?
