The other way round:
Get higher affection than lust then trigger the first ending button again.
If you have both stats at max you can temporarily increase affection above max then immediately trigger the first ending again.
Just askin, is there an uncensored ver for the android? If yes, is there a way I can get a save file?

Just install Joiplay in your phone and emulate from there. If there are any issues, small or big, search it up and see if you can't figure it out yourself or not. So far no one has the time to write an Android port for the latest versions, especially with the author of the game is still actively updating and adding contents to the game.

What do I do with the "update_2.0.8_to_2.1.1_9.09.rar" file? Do i add/replace it to one of the game files?

Either you don't have the latest version or it's JoiPlay being buggy as ever. I'd suggest changing to Maldives or MTool.
Where might I get those two are they on Google play or do have to find them else where either way thank you.
Just tried Maldives so something is definitely wrong with the file and I have no idea where that problem is
I changed the files again and it still doesn't work now I'm gonna try Mtool
Tried Mtool and there's still nothing so only thing left is to ask a dumb question which is could you send me the file that makes it stay on her.

You said it yourself, your older versions won’t work. I had the same issue too back then but changing to a newer version fixes this part.
I can’t remember it exactly when the changelogs address this on the top of my head but it’s definitely possible on versions .0.9 and up.
