Yeah, once Dlsite confirms that the japanese version has no bugs that affect gameplay will start with the translation.
For the uncensor you will have to wait for a third party to get their hands on it, but I think it will take longer than the english version to come out.

Click on "purchase points"
Click on either "For Books" or "Point Market"
For Books takes CCs but might take a second to send the points, "Point Market" just uses Amazon.jp (which requires its own account separate from your native amazon)
Back on DLSite
Click on "Input Serial Number"
Stick in whatever serial For Books or Points-Market gave you.

Man, another question, if you know anything about it, (The purchase through DsLite worked for me as you said), I would like to buy a manga, I know that the covers that the author shows are censored for political reasons, but if I buy the manga will I be getting the uncensored version? In the author's description it doesn't say anything about whether it is censored or not.

by japanese law all R18 content is "censored" if that's what you mean like the pixelated genitals, thats why only western sites and publishers can take out the pixelated genitals and decensor it to its original state, or why in doujin sites all of them have the black lines covering vaginas or penises. Other than that there wont be big mosacis covering girls or anything, its all the genitalia. Basically if you buy anything from a japanese site it will have censored genitalia
