A lot of people say there is, they even have a following, right up until they're in the news for sexually abusing their followers.
Age is the only answer I can think of. The level of "drive" I have at over 50 is way, way less than in my 20s...so at least you have that to look forward to. But it is NOT gone.

Focus on other hobbies or get new ones, set more limits for yourself, spend less time and energy on stuff that arouses you. Just don't obsess over a random sexy thought.

Whenever you get the urge, deliver a swift blow to the knackers, the association of pain to stimulation will mean you don't stimulate yourself because of the pain factor and therefore incur the risk of nutting and then going into a post nut clarity stage. Why would you want that? It sucks. But the answer is probably to be too busy with work or passion projects to get horny. The type that requires mental engagement and then leaves you too tired to think of anything but sleep. Stress helps too, I'm sure. But again, why turn yourself into an overworked, stressed pressure cooker?
