isn’t there any other ways? like anything spiritual/self-help based
A lot of people say there is, they even have a following, right up until they're in the news for sexually abusing their followers.

Age is the only answer I can think of. The level of "drive" I have at over 50 is way, way less than in my 20s...so at least you have that to look forward to. But it is NOT gone.

not surrounding yourself with porn should help a bit, but is no miracle cure just like tanstaafl said. supressing sex drive has been attempted historically, but the result tends to be serial killers, rapists, sexual sadists etc.

it's more healthy to accept it and enjoy.

Focus on other hobbies or get new ones, set more limits for yourself, spend less time and energy on stuff that arouses you. Just don't obsess over a random sexy thought.

You could think or look at stuff you find disgusting too as an extreme solution, but , you don't wanna discover a new fetish that way.

Whenever you get the urge, deliver a swift blow to the knackers, the association of pain to stimulation will mean you don't stimulate yourself because of the pain factor and therefore incur the risk of nutting and then going into a post nut clarity stage. Because of this you will not only remain in clarity, but also be less likely to act on arousal and fap.

Edit: Not an attack, nobody does without chemical castration.
Anyway does chemical castration even compare?

I mean post nut clarity isn't just the fact that you get rid of your lust, there's also, among other factors, the dopamine release. Therefore, reducing, or here removing, the sex drive will just lead to a poor copy of post nut clarity.

Why would you want that? It sucks. But the answer is probably to be too busy with work or passion projects to get horny. The type that requires mental engagement and then leaves you too tired to think of anything but sleep. Stress helps too, I'm sure. But again, why turn yourself into an overworked, stressed pressure cooker?

The feels you get after having an orgasm. Women can get it too, it's just some men need Google Maps to find the clitoris.
Haha.

When I get off I enjoy basking in the aftermath of nice feels. But I don't think I'm experiencing it the same way. Give me a few seconds or so and I'm good to go again unless everything all raw and hurty in the process.

I mean post nut clarity can have 2 phases with clarity and guilt, it's not always the best. I think best bet would be going away from the place where you do the deed. So stay away from PC/Phone w/e for a while if you can.

Be a woman and not really know what post nut clarity is, so just assume you have it 100% of the time already.
Wikipedia said:
Post-nut clarity is a term describing the feeling of being clear-headed or mentally "reset" after orgasm in sexual intercourse or masturbation. Feelings of disgust with oneself, as well as guilt, have also been associated with the term. Disgust and regret with the act of intercourse or with one's sexual partner has also been documented.
Note that OP haven't specified which one he was seeking...
