For UE4 games I like to take a different and more simple approach, since I don't like all that unpacking/repacking, dealing with different versions, etc. Basically any tool with shader disabling functions does the trick, like SpecialK or 3Dmigoto. Drop these files inside the Win64 folder and, since this particular game starts in DX12 mode, you'll have to create a shortcut and add -dx11 at the end of the "Target" field, and start it through the shortcut.

Hey DarkDoragon,I was playing RJ392197 by tofu soft recently,I didn't use any dx11 shortcut,just clicking the exe file,but my osd shows it was a dx11 game instead of a dx12,could you tell me why this happening?

+1 to this, still looking for how to fix. saw someone reply to dev on x that it might be doable by converting the database.db to a json and renaming it back to database.db but didnt work for me.

check the game path. game path must have just latin-characters.
try move game folder to another place.
