The game is not dead. The developer is working on two different games and just dropped an update on his other one., so presumably he's working on this one now.

This is an incest heavy game, but you get to define the relationships of the characters you live with, so if you don't want Mother/Son incest that's avoidable.

Why are you using a patch? The game allows you to define the relationships yourself.

You could always just start a new game skip the intro and save then the folder will be there.
