Nah thats a skill issue, just like with real art. AI is much better in size consistency and consistency of the characters looks nowadays BUT like real art it does requires some human consideration and interaction with the piece of work rather than just pressing a button and calling it a day. Thats not what most competent artist do.
Most artists I know that use AI never had this consistency problem and if it required fixing it now is way easier to do so. Thats because they know what they're doing and not just randomly generate shit.
