Frankly I'm a little annoyed that the devs made *not* TFing alongside the girl in one of the routes a "bad" thing to do, but this is second-hand information about the game, so maybe it's not as finger-wagging as I imagine it.
On one route its only temporary, on another it's at-will.

Yeah, I'll be going through the 3DCG VNs, but I really dislike those DAZ "human, but with furry textures" models. It's worse because I know for a fact DAZ has anthro morphs.
Straight into Uncanny Valley ..
This is a bit much - these are basically not furries anymore, but cosplayers.
A lot of those DAZ furry games look terrible. Exactly.
One guy here mentioned Taboo Stories and I liked it at the time.. it wasn't bad then.

I'm not into furry content, but it's not something I really mind unless they're legitinately an animal/are not human enough (ex. a talking bunny that's literally just a bunny standing upright is not fine)

Yeah, not sure if there's an actual correlation, but most of the HMOFA games I've found don't veer too deep into extreme fetishes like a lot of Anthro X Anthro seem to.Well, apart from big ol' CoC1, but that has a lot of Grade A Vanilla like Amily and purified Marble. Honestly that game was amazing for how polar opposite it could be depending on your choices, shame it got so bogged down later on, but mods kinda fix that.
I also enjoy when devs include a token anthro girl in a primarily human game. Primarily because the devs don't seem nearly as addicted to overusing furry/species tropes that furry devs often do. Makes for very fresh-feeling characters.

Yeah, 2-3 on this is one I'm fine with, 2 preferably but 3's kind of fine as long as they're fully sentient I guess- 4-6 on the other chart is fine for me as well.
I think the cutoff for me is whether or not their head is somewhat humanoid- when they just look like a straight animal it gets weird*
(oh right, domestic dog anthros. no on that, regardless on how far on the furry scale they are (unless its a 1)- dogs are too real and close to us to be fantasizing about, especially with how some people are legitimately into them)
*Example of this would be Bunny Hunter, despite being pretty furry the girls still have hair and relatively humanoid faces (no obvious snout, human headshape, humanoid facial structure)- if they were literally just a bunny and had no human traits, then it'd be weird
I feel like this might be because the audience that tends to consume/make nsfw furry content (relatively young people, 18-early thirties) would be more against extreme fetishes like non-con or cheating or at least, less into them. Kind of reinforced by going through this list, the games that are exclusively anthro seem to be more wholesome, while games with maybe a few anthros but not specifically made for that audience seem to have more extreme tags. Though, I'm not sure why Anthro on Anthro content wouldn't be the same... maybe I'm mistaken about something
To be honest, I'm open to playing games with slightly extreme fetishes (or non-con) as long as they're fully under the player's control (ie, you actually have to intentionally do it; ex. Teaching Feeling), but the cutoff for me is when theres Cheating/Swinging/Sharing/NTR... that messes with the romance, and no one touches this hopeless romantic's romance \rage
Though, that does make my list confusing when you see a game with non-con like teaching feeling on there. I tend to drop it a tier if it's there, but in the case of TF the game ends if you do anything bad so I let it slide

Nope, I think that's a very appropriate bump! though I don't actually know if "hey, check out my game" is kosher to F95's rules or not. I believe it's fine if it's a recommendation thread like this, as long as it's a self-declared promotion from the dev and not using something like an alt or a "friend" to promote.
