I have a few suggestions for potential additions I don't think are here as HMOFA is a favorite genre of mine as well:
Completed:
Pocket Campfire: Go camping and screw Pokémon. Warning there is both straight and gay content here but all content is avoidable.
A Fortnight at Frenni Fazclaire's 1: Same dev as MalOvent which is on your list. Yes it is a fnaf parody but this is not a cheep imitation game but instead a very good mystery thriller VN and trust it is furry as all hell compared to other fnaf parodies (some OCs). (MalOvent is complete now btw!)
In Development:
SCP-1471: Go, be free, Romance everyone's favorite supernatural stalker furry.
Sloppy Fields: Farm yourself some thick furry women, with crippling debt, chill vibes and beautiful pixel graphics.
Theanthria: This game has some... ok many issues at the moment but you are the sole human male in a word of hot anthro women tho so I am really hoping the problems get ironed out.
Echoes of the Forgotten: VN fnaf parody that is really just romancing a blue furry rabbit, I'm not even sure why its fnaf based to be honest the story could have easily just been its own thing. Id say its worth a try tho.
A Fortnight at Frenni Fazclaire's 2: More OCs than the first, and considering how good ALL of this dev's games are you can go in with extremely high hopes.
Furry Uncovered Realm F.U.R.: Just checked the reviews and it seems you are actually quite aware of this game and its eh.. shortcomings. But I didn't see it on your list, and I'd personally say HMOFA is HMOFA and its worth it for the art at minimum.
These next few. They meet all your specified requirements to be added as they are listed in the original post, but they aren't 100% HMOFA as the ones above were. Vette them as you see fit. (Ill state the reason you may or may not want add them next to each)
Pokémon Cultivation: MMMMmmm Pokepussy, and a very healthy dose. However there are some human scenes as well.
Nekohana Love Crisis: Plenty of Anthro Girls here to go around, but you will also be getting some kemono and monster girls as well.
Mynocthia : Corrupted Kingdom: Same as the last one.
Ring of Gyges: Same situation again, but this ones premise wins some bonus points from me personally.
Hornienfeld: Same thing but I'll say this one's world seemed to have less anthros per capita than the previous 3 on the list, may not be enough for some.
Monster Lord: Reincarnated: Same situation as the one directly above but the art is overall better, the gameplay is better, and the bunny is worth it. Also call it a hunch but I strongly suspect more anthros will be appearing in this one soon. Worth keeping an eye on at least.
New Horizons: Only 2 out of the 11 current LIs with scenes are anthros at the moment but having played it, 2 more anthro LIs are already introduced in the game but do not yet have routes of their own, but will. The 2 already with routes do have multiple scenes and some repeatable ones. The rest of the current LIs are a mix of monster-girl, kemonomimi, and human.
Broken Dreams Correctional Center (BDCC): Furry space prison, you create your character and so can be human or a furry, male or female. Fair warning don't expect any romance, or many positive interactions really, this game is freaky as all hell. Really. If its someone's fetish, its probably in there somewhere. But if you play smart and carefully you can absolutely build a harem of furry slave girls, I've done it, but if you aren't careful you can absolutely be on the other end of that, or worse.
FurrHouse: Ehhh check the models, there are defiantly many that are meant to be furry girls but its a bit of another furryville type deal, though not NEARLY as uncanny.
Cloud Meadow: Fuck these dev's, but the game is good. Breeding-sim/dungeon-crawler fusion with I'd say about 35-40% anthros with the rest being monster girls, emphasis on the monster. You can choose to be male or female, and there is both straight and gay content but you may chose to aviod whatever you wish.
Spirit Valley: Pokemonish game with a good few furry-mons, though I'd say they are in the minority. If you happen to like monster girls too though... go nuts. There were enough so that I was able to build a full fur team tho with some to spare, for reference.
Bedabots: Its just so peak. No. Really. The girls however are all robots but literally every single one was vary much a furry/anthro robot except 1 from what I remember. I would love to see this game get more attention honestly.
Unspoken Lust: Kinda Crap atm, but you can choose to be a human male character, and do some family bonding with furry relatives. Its a rare combo so I hope it works out.
A bonus: Here are some abandoned HMOFA games that obviously don't make the list because.. Abandoned. But there is enough in them to warrant checking them out when you inevitably run out of HMOFA content as there's never enough.
