Just some helpful advice. I noticed monster and le beast tags, but you have a male protagonist.

So assuming that those tags don't always have the male protag included (i.e. it is on a female companion or something), then you should add any of these following tags that count: sharing, cheating, voyeurism, NTR etc. (ntr if MC doesn't have a say, voyeurism if it is on a non-LI character that MC never does anything with).

Also would be good to clarify it in the dev notes, as this would avoid many a angered player (on both sides given the tags aren't exactly clear on how they are used). Trust me you will want to avoid this confusion... is quite the headache for everyone.

However if those tags only involve the male MC (and MC being the only male in scenes), then you can ignore what I have said

Will give it a quick runover now and then edit my comment accordingly if needed.

Edit: so just extracted and looked at the images to save time . seems that non of this applies as of now (still good to hash it out early though), although you may wish to add female protag under planned tags (I noticed you have the image there but is not currently a choice).

I myself am gonna wait a few updates before I properly play it.

Are the tags at the moment current content or future content? Cause the only scenes I've found is the thighjob scene at the end of the cave and I guess the hula hoop thing at the Hooters. I've gotten all the Pokemon I can find (Charmander, Scyther, Shinx, Buneary) and only had sprite events with Shinx and Buneary. I have a feeling I might get some more scenes if I could backtrack to my home but I can't cut down the trees even if I have the axe. And I can't progress up the hill cause I can't move/break the boxes.

Karmacc, after playing the game for about an hour, for the first version of the game, I guess it's okay.

The dialogues kinda need some spellcheck and better layout. While some dialogues are funny, some doesn't have that much relevance and goes on for quite a while.

Some mechanics are understandably not optimized since it's just the initial release, like:

• NPCs that try to get into a battle with you before you can get a Pokemon
• Charmander not actually joining your party didn't have the scene on Route1, which you can miss since the weedle's sight was just a few spaces off
• Unable to go back to the Stort Port from Lentell City on foot unless you're knocked-out since there's no Cut ability to remove the tree from the path.

Also why the fuck would you put an inescapable encounter with a Lv 15 Onix when you only had given me a Fire, a Electric, and an (optional) Bug type that's underleveled?

And I can't go any farther than the thighjob scene with Serena, with no way I know to access the scene you promised in the preview, I guess I'll just wait for the next version.

In conclusion, this has potential, but still needs a lot of work.

Karmacc if this is Male (MC) On Beast I'm more then happy to play this since the is an extremely low amount of male on beast content its all beast on male/female which is sort of annoying, any way cant wait to try this out and good luck with producing this game

Overworld sprite scenes are just around the map and you click on the Pokemon. Nothing R-Rated yet, just cute little scenes with them.

The preview pics are of Green in the Pokemart back in the port town. I assume we can go back to her and give her different gifts to get those scenes once the Axe key item is fixed or we get HM01 Cut. Or maybe I missed it and you just needed to spam giving her flowers to get the BJ. Also back in the port town is Ash's mom (Delia) and that dude who wanted to make a fast/quick travel feature that we need to build or something.

The leveling is pretty generous since you can get multiple EXP Shares so every Pokemon can hold one, and just beat up Butterfree's south of the beach to powerlevel everyone. Once Charmander learns Dragon Rage it one shots everything in the cave. If it's the duo battles with Serene those are more generous since it heals your HP & PP after every battle.

The game is pretty buggy, poorly-balanced, typo-filled and even just going by the maps it's clear the dev didn't really playtest it. Might be good later on, but I wouldn't place any bets on it.

I myself am gonna wait a few updates before I properly play it.

There are around 2 or 3 images in the Graphics folder that were scrapped/Aren't finished and were placeholders in my dev build. I don't plan on having a female protag at the moment due to the logistical nightmare of creating a second version of every conversation and Pokémon. The pictures in the description are all in the game, I should have clarified this better in game but after getting out of Lentell back to the port then most of the women can be talked to again. I'm also very much on the side of not having any NTR/Cheating ( from the women)

I would recommend talking to every person you come across 90% of them have something important to say or do. You are right in thinking you can backtrack home. You should be able to cut the trees just after exiting lentell (town 2) back towards where you came, if not (and I fucked it) then I'll patch it back in cause that's game breaking. to go past the boxes you need to beat the trainer at each section (except the last one)

Yeah the spelling needs fixes, every time Pokémon essentials compiles it has a chance of fucking up the dialogue (colours spacing etc) along with there not being any spell check built in a few errors were bound to slip through.

as I said in the last response you're supposed to be able to return (I'm currently running through the intro again so bare with me)

other areas back home with more pokemon to fight exist (hence the level spike)

Serena just has thigh right now.

If the tree really is broken I'll just make it tied to something else

There are scenes with buneary/lopunny, Green, Delia, Mimi, Serena (hoot hooters) and a secret tape you can unlock by searching an empty looking spot with the dowsing machine. to be honest the "Big nugget" quest I've realized I've made a little to hidden, to continue that quest you must use the dowsing machine in the map cave.

Buneary/Lopunny are unlocked by doing the "Big Nugget" questline (started by talking to the girl just outside of the map cave

Those are the main focuses, I was quite disappointed by the lock of those tags too


All in all after reading these first couple of posts I'm going to add a quest log to ease up the confusion

It's al little of both I intend for every Pokémon scene for there to be a trainer/Human scene

I would recommend talking to every person you come across 90% of them have something important to say or do. You are right in thinking you can backtrack home. I think I've talked to everyone, including beaten trainers, but I didn't talk to Delia or Green multiple times and can't at the moment since I can't cut the trees currently. It's the Axe that cuts them and not some hidden HM I can't find right? If so it's probably just bugged at the moment, the only tree that gives a prompt when using it says "It looks like it can be chopped" but doesn't do it. It also crashes the game if you try to use it from Bag with no tree in front of you.

Also I've beaten the trainer at the bottom of the hill but the boxes won't move, maybe I left the area to heal and it locked out the sequence to be able to move them/go past them. I noticed that happens with Serene if you party up with her and then leave the cave she can't rejoin your party.

The game feels promising and I like that the trainer is more like a Pokemon Ranger, the DS game ones not the trainer class, building a rapport/friendship with the Pokemon rather than catching them. The scenes with Charmander and Buneary also make it clear they're more than just smarter pets and make them pass the harkness test. Will make whatever scenes with them in the future feel like an actual relationship rather than a dude just using his smarter than average dog.

Except for Shinx. Shinx is just a dog at the moment lol

Yup I fucked it the boxes are glitched (using wrong trigger) and the trees I'm Thinking are a bug with a plugin. I'm currently Patching everything as this one bugs breaks everything. I think it's because the game still thinks there are badges when there aren't any. if all goes well I can release a all encompassing patch by the end of tomorrow (maybe even today)
