Currently I'm doing the art for the new events and art/animations for the H-scenes. Then I need to program any features/oversights I missed while making my Godot version of essentials. After that I need to make sure everything is paced nicely for the new rewritten story before, finally, releasing a pre release bug hunt version. The only thing I don't have a fleshed out plan for is music. Still have to make a hard decision on either doing it myself or getting someone else to do it.
And after all that part one is done. Being a rework of the first half of the essentials version to have actual characters instead of just being unskipable non interactive text between the porn by adding dialogue choices that add extra paths and changes in character dynamics that can change the relationship to make dialogue worth focusing on. And setting up an actual prewritten plot instead of the random spitballing of ideas in the rpg maker version.
Part one and two are split because part two will have the timeblock system (plus the all the content that has to be done to support it) and the "pokezone" (title pending) as a customisable area as a follow-up to the gimmick seen in the B&W2 mall and vacation home in platinum with a special minigame attached. Due to this they're split to make sure everything is working before jumping into more experimental gameplay.
I started taking this shit way to seriously and it takes a lot of time now, but hopefully it is worth the wait.
