Great Idea. Fun and sexy to be both caught and escape.
My biggest request is if there were some kind of "wallhack" ability built into the game. As others have commented stealth in first person is often very stressful and has gameplay problems. It's very hard to work in real life stealth techniques into a game, like using a mirror to peer around corners and every game has sound problems (not to mention sound can be weird in reality too).
Currently in the game you can wallhack by pressing up against any of the colored walls and holding run or jerking off. It's both kind of necessary to be successful (if you're not lucky) as well as too overpowered.
I was thinking about how you can "edge" yourself in this game to keep you close to nutting and how this is good to do so you can quickly disable traps. What if after nutting you had some "post nut clarity" which granted some kind of limited range wall hack ability? The duration of this "post nut clarity" could be extended with upgrades as well as it would quickly time out if just a little aroused.
This would mean that the player wouldn't want to edge themselves while having clarity. Then, after clarity wanes the player would want to edge themselves to be able to quickly disable traps, create a diversion for "Doc. Oc.", as well as gain the explained wall hack ability.
