there's a sierra platformer with the same title starring a human and a furry minotaur (either hunting each other or working towards escaping their captors, depending on game mode), and the whole hunter-becomes-the-hunted trope in which the prey is often an animal (or considered one by the hunter), so the fur factor i'd say is to be expected.

Kemonozume is a good anime for that trope. I'm not a big animeguy, but really enjoyed that one.
