Not currently and I would doubt it moving forward. There is one path where it is implied through the MC's POV, but I feel like it'll be disproved in the next update. The other path on that choice kinda confirms what's going on.

English translation needs some work. It switched between first and third person pronoun usage.

Hmmm I took a whiff and I for sure thought NTR, I guess we will see in the next update.

I could potentially see it going that direction if you didn't 'intervene' but the information you find out if you do leads me to believe the wife is a secret agent and she is the honeypot in some sort of operation/investigation. It helps to see her thoughts, too, which is why I think not intervening is more of a... red herring direction.

There's some real engrish here as well as untranslated bits, AND even the Portuguese menu got some things wrong. “unseen text” does NOT mean “texto invisível”, but “texto novo” for a context-appropriate translation.

Edit: It gives a very bad feeling when the dev ignores these questions, there are already at least three or four comments referring to it.
