It's Blender based on the UI and based on the fact that he released a Tracer model design specifically for Blender.
It is easier to assume that most R34 3D artist are using shit like Blender because it is free and most people make resources specifically for it.
I can only think of a handful of artist who use other software beyond Blender: like Skudd with Maya and those weirdos who still manage to keep going with SFM.

Blender can be just as good as "real" professional software. It just needs some good loving.

The link is already dead, but I assume it's probably Topaz Video AI. I use it too but only on shorter and smaller videos since it's insanely heavy, but conversely really good.

It's labeled as '52 Tifa' on that huge list in thr first page (the overview of the thread).

All his work is there, my advice to find stuff is: Use Pixeldrain for the animation folders, you can "open" them in Pixeldrain and see what's inside, than you can download one specific animation you have in mind or the whole thing.

You can also use the search bar on the top right and filter the resultos "On this thread". So let's say you wanna find a Tifa video, you could search 'Tifa' filter to this thread and then scroll until you find what you're looking for.

At last, if you don't mind having the videos in source quality, just use a website like Rule34video and search for the autor, should be fine.

Blender, with the right person/team behind it, can rival the likes of Maya.

You can look up the likes of Ellowas and Yeero, for example. They were doing really high quality Blender smut before the likes of Hydra dominated the scene.

Sure, it's OW smut but they are still very well made smut especially considering this was around '16-'17.
A lot of 3D smut artists at the time would probably be using SFM as it was very popular at the time. So much so that sites would categorize all 3D smut as "SFM", even if they used Blender or other software to make their shit.
