Thank you for this. I have tried it and so far it looks good. The penis still does look slightly pixelated though but thats not a big issue.

One issue I found is that the english translations are too long and you wont be able to access the menus properly. HyperDeepThroat_tkpojMWeBV.png
Over here it shows 4 options only but it actually has the fifth option hidden on the right side.

I have made a simple fix by editing the translated text. I did not change anything else.

Just replace the file attached in "\HyperDeepThroat製品版1.0.2\BepInEx\Translation\en\Text\" and it should show 1-5 instead of the full translated text.
The file name should be "_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt".

Toys & Hair = 01
human body = 02
environment = 03
Positions & Action = 04
Equipment = 05

*3D which kinda sucks but that's a personal opinion

Yeah, the girl is fairly customizable, there are a handful of hairstyles, hair, eyes, and skin are all recolorable, there's a boob size slider (but it doesn't work with all clothes), and there are about a dozen outfits that can be mixed and matched.

Btw in that same folder there is _Substitutions.txt file.
In there you can just replace those generated translations with own options
For example:

You could equally use abbreviated english text rather than numbers:
Code: 
おもちゃ&髪=Toys/Hair
人体=Body
環境=Env
体位&アクション=Position
装備=Clothes
