Thank you for this. I have tried it and so far it looks good. The penis still does look slightly pixelated though but thats not a big issue.

One issue I found is that the english translations are too long and you wont be able to access the menus properly. View attachment 4818379
Over here it shows 4 options only but it actually has the fifth option hidden on the right side.

I have made a simple fix by editing the translated text. I did not change anything else.

Just replace the file attached in "\HyperDeepThroat製品版1.0.2\BepInEx\Translation\en\Text\" and it should show 1-5 instead of the full translated text.
The file name should be "_AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt".

environment = 03

The title in English would be "Fairy Touch: Onahole (Elf/Fairy) Simulator". (Google translates the word as Fairy in the sentence, but Elf alone. The rest is in katakana, so that's just working out the pronunciation.)

Edit: Also, I don't know if it has a 2D/Desktop mode, it's listed as "VR required".
