You much unpack it from zip file, by using jap coding in settings before.
So.. It's Settings > Name coding or whatever it's on english > Japanese Shift-JIS. After that you unpack it and play with locale emulator

People are saying it's bad MTL so probably not.
Plus you can specify GPT 4. So really anytone using GPT to translate that doesn't mention it in their post only has themselves to blame.

Its shitty MTL on a visual novel where nothing is actually translated. Someone should use GPT 3.5 or 4.0 sense the translator clearly did the bare minimum to the point where you still can't understand the story.
Still not working, but I found the way to open it, just change the exe name to english, share it for people who have the same problem.
The translation is pretty terrible but the art is good. Except the boobs... whenever they are squeezed they look like water balloons.

Using Japanese locale does nothing except show the correct Japanese typeset.The silence speaks for itself. Also, for anybody who read this comment, just change you locale to Japanese if you're too lazy to read.

- Press the "right" option twice when asked by prompts just after opening the game. This will take you to the main menu.
- Use the default name since it won't accept the alphabet.
- When in the game you can enter "System" and turn full-screen on near the top of the page.
